Overview
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental in Bethlehem
A roll-off dumpster is the open-top steel container that arrives on the back of a specialized delivery truck, gets lowered into place, and sits until you're ready for it to leave. It's the core of what we do — we run the full 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard lineup out of our own yard, and every one of them goes out on our own trucks with our own drivers, not a subcontracted fleet.
Properties across the Lehigh Valley vary a lot — tight rowhome lots near South Bethlehem's historic core, wide suburban driveways in Bethlehem Township and Hanover Township, and rural or wooded properties out toward Nazareth and Coopersburg. We ask about your specific site before dispatching so the driver shows up with the right truck angle and plan already worked out.

How roll-off delivery actually works
Our driver backs the truck up to the placement spot, tips the container off the rails using a hydraulic winch, and slides it into position — no crane, no separate equipment. The whole delivery usually takes ten to fifteen minutes once the truck is on site, and pickup is the same process in reverse.
Placement on gravel, dirt and grass
Plenty of properties around Northampton County and the surrounding Lehigh Valley don't have a paved driveway at all. We can place a container on any firm, level surface; just let us know what the ground looks like when you book so the driver isn't surprised.
Winter readiness across the Lehigh Valley
Nor'easters, ice, and real snow accumulation are a normal part of a Bethlehem winter, and driveway freeze-thaw cracking is a genuine, recurring concern for older concrete and asphalt. Our nor'easters and ice dams debris cleanup guide covers getting a container on site before or after a storm. Freeze-thaw driveway movement independent of any single storm is also just a fact of life here — see our guide to freeze-thaw cracking and dumpster placement for tips on where a container should sit.
Choosing between our five sizes
The 10 and 15 yard containers suit small cleanouts and single-project jobs. The 20 yard is the most commonly rented size across every job type we handle. The 30 and 40 yard containers step up for full remodels, new construction and heavier demolition. Full dimensions and use cases are on our dumpster sizes page, or read the sizing guide if you'd rather work through it in detail first.
Sizing
Which size for this job?
| Container | When it suits this job |
|---|---|
| 10 Yard Dumpster | Smallest footprint we run — ideal for tight lots and single-room or small-project cleanouts. |
| 15 Yard Dumpster | A step up for garage clear-outs, small remodels or a heavier single-project load. |
| 20 Yard Dumpster | Our most-rented size — the default answer for most residential, commercial and light construction jobs. |
| 30 Yard Dumpster | Bigger renovations, new-construction phases, or full-property cleanouts generating serious volume. |
| 40 Yard Dumpster | Maximum capacity for major demolition, commercial buildouts and heavy post-storm cleanup. |

Answers
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental — questions we get asked
What sizes of roll-off dumpster do you carry?
We run the full standard lineup: 10, 15, 20, 30 and 40 yard containers, all on our own trucks out of our own yard. Compare them all on our dumpster sizes page.
Can you deliver a roll-off to a gravel or dirt driveway?
Yes — any firm, level surface works, paved or not. Rural properties out toward Nazareth and Coopersburg often use gravel lanes or grass parking areas, and our drivers place containers there regularly.
How much room does a roll-off truck need to deliver?
Our trucks need a relatively straight approach to back the container into place — tell us about tight turns, low branches or narrow gates when you book and we'll plan the delivery around it.
How long does delivery and pickup take?
Once the truck is on site, placing or removing a container usually takes ten to fifteen minutes. We'll confirm a delivery window when you book, not just a vague day.
Is there a weight limit on a roll-off rental?
Each size carries a weight allowance — heavier material like concrete, wet soil or roofing shingles can hit that limit before the container looks full. Call (484) 510-8967 and tell us what you're loading so we size it correctly.
Do you serve areas outside Bethlehem proper?
Yes — we deliver across Northampton County and into the surrounding Lehigh Valley, including rural and wooded properties. See our full service area for the complete list.
