Common questions
Straight answers before you call
Why don't you have an online booking form?
Because forms get sizing wrong. Nine times out of ten the size someone selects online isn't the size the job needs, and nobody finds out until the truck arrives. A four-minute phone call sorts the container, the weight allowance, the placement and the timing properly, and you get a firm number rather than an estimate.
Do you serve my town?
If you're in Bethlehem or Northampton County the answer is almost certainly yes. Beyond that we regularly deliver to Allentown, Easton, Hellertown, Nazareth, Fountain Hill, Whitehall, Bethlehem Township, Hanover Township, Coopersburg, Freemansburg, Northampton, along with the roads and communities in between. If you're on the edge of that circle, call and ask — we'd rather tell you honestly than have you guess.
How do I pay, and when?
We accept major credit and debit cards, and payment is collected when you book to confirm your booking and lock in the rate quoted. Established contractors and commercial accounts can be invoiced on terms. If there's a weight overage or extra rental days, that's billed afterwards against the actual scale ticket, which you'll be shown.
Can I get a container delivered when I am not home?
Yes, and it's very common. You don't need to be present for delivery or pickup — just tell us exactly where you want it, a photo texted to us helps enormously, and make sure the spot is clear. Our driver will place it, lay the protection boards and text you a photo when it's down.
What if I need it picked up early or held longer?
Just call. Early pickup is usually next-day and costs nothing extra. Extending the rental is easy, and we'd far rather extend you than have you rush a job or overload a container to beat a deadline. If a storm is closing in, tell us and we'll try to work the pickup or extension around it.
Do you do emergency or storm cleanup?
We do. A hard nor'easter or ice storm through Northampton County can mean downed limbs, damaged fencing and storm-soaked yard debris on short notice, and heavy snow or a fast freeze-thaw stretch can leave a driveway unsafe for a normal delivery independent of any single storm. Storm calls get pushed to the front of the queue where we can. Ring (484) 510-8967 and tell us it's storm damage.
